We offer our bike transport through FSP Logistics

All kit/tools must be in stackable boxes (weighing no more than 30kg for lifting purposes, if 2 people can't lift it, then it may not get on the lorry).

There will be a maximum of 25 riders in any class. There will be a maximum of 4 riders per garage and garge spaces will be allocated by your Paid Entry Date. If  your entry is late and all spaces are taken up, you will require an awning.

Anyone wishing to use a garage space solely for their team will need to pay an additional £480.00

1. The track will be providing their insurance cover. DETAILS TO FOLLOW. This is due to failure of medical companies to pay out.
2. £100 deposit is required upon booking with remaining balance due December 2023.
3. This is a test session. No element of competition is allowed, no timings will be taken by the organiser.
4. MotoTP is the organiser of the Cartagena test to be held 7th to 10th March 2024.
5. The organiser will allocate garages, a refundable deposit of 20 € or £20 will be required for the 1 key. Teams may have to share.
6. Pit boarding is allowed if you have the sole use of a garage otherwise it is impractical.
7. No responsibility can be accepted by the organiser for loss or injury howsoever caused, as a result of this test or any arrangements pertaining to it.
8. Riders will be asked to comply with local track regulations and normal F.I.M regulations regarding flag signals. Failure to do so will lead to exclusion.
9. Riders who are adjudged by the organiser, to be a danger to themselves or other participants will be asked to leave the circuit, in which case no refunds will be made. The organiser reserves the right to refuse access to the test to any person, rider or organisation.
10. Payment of the charges signifies acceptance of these conditions.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time.
12. If either Government restricts movements and causes a forced abandonment of the event where neither is responsible there is to be no claim for losses either way and any deposit shall be returned or held over till 2024

Upon receipt of a completed payment, a definite reservation will be made for you. If payment is still
due on the 1st February the reservation may be lost and 1st come 1st served will operate.
